The Assets and all intellectual property rights in them are owned or otherwise controlled by Meat & Livestock Australia Limited ABN 39 081 678 364 (MLA). MLA grants the person or entity asset links were shared for downloading an Asset as recorded in the download logs held by MLA (Licensee), the right to download, store, modify, reproduce, and display (‘use’) the Assets on the below terms and conditions: Period of Permitted Use All assets promoting #GoGrassfed Sweepstakes to use through end of sweepstakes period: April 30, 2023. All other Assets for use through June 30, 2023 at will on written notice by MLA. Type of licence Royalty free, non-exclusive, non-transferrable, non-sublicensable licence to use the Assets for the Permitted Use. Territory United States Governing Law New South Wales, Australia Permitted use Assets are to be used for the sole purpose of promoting the Australian red meat industry and Australian red meat products (beef, lamb and goat) for human consumption, via marketing/educational activities including the current Aussie Beef Earth Day Campaign. Assets Copyrighted images downloaded by this Licensee account, and as recorded in the download logs held by MLA. Credit Where reasonably practicable to do so, please credit MLA as follows: ©Meat & Livestock Australia Limited 2023 Modification Assets may be edited solely to facilitate the Permitted Use in specific marketing/educational activities with express, written permissions by MLA. Restrictions Assets may not be used or altered to create any impression that is false or misleading, or to disparage the supply or consumption of meat products, or in any way that is derogatory of MLA. Assets must be used in accordance with all applicable laws. Any person claiming the right to make use of Assets pursuant to any exception or defence under copyright or other laws must first notify MLA in writing. The Licensee indemnifies MLA, its officers and employees from and against any loss, liability, costs and fees arising out of or relating to any breach of these terms by Licensee. Please let MLA know immediately if you do not agree to the conditions set out herein, do not use the Assets and delete all copies. Otherwise MLA will treat your use of the Assets as acceptance.f
