Jodi Reiner shared this idea for grilled Aussie lamb tacos – a Mediterranean riff on the beloved Mexican standard, with thin slices of grilled garlic-and-ginger-rubbed lamb loin and a colorful sweet-tart pomegranate-mint salsa topping it off. Yes please to more tacos!
Heather Reid submitted the idea for Australian lamb burgers piled high with pickled red onions, roasted root vegetables, and a sunny-side up egg. A very Aussie take on the burger! Warning – you’ll have to unhinge your jaw to bite into it!
Michelle Stevens suggested a garlic-and-rosemary-studded leg of lamb with a delicious crunchy crust of goat cheese, Dijon mustard, and panko, perfect for Easter or any special occasion dinner. Quite the showstopper!
UPDATE:
The votes are in for the Lamb is Aussome contest: Congratulations to Michelle Stevens for her recipe: Goat Cheese and Panko-Crusted Australian Leg of Lamb. Stay tuned for the online video!
